Upcoming HENRY Starting Solids Workshop taking place at Artizan Street Library on Wednesday 16th September.
This workshop is designed for parents and carers of babies who are getting ready to start solid foods or who have recently begun. It provides practical, evidence-based advice on topics including:
- When babies are ready for solids
- First foods and introducing allergens
- Building healthy eating habits from the start
- Responsive feeding and recognising hunger and fullness cues
- Common questions and concerns around weaning
This will be the last HENRY Starting Solids Workshop taking place in the City this term, so we want to make sure our City families don’t miss this opportunity.
