It provides practical skills and strategies for everyday parenting challenges, and a chance to meet other parents, share experiences and build confidence.

A universal programme giving you skills and techniques to help with parenting challenges, plus the chance to meet other parents in the community and share experiences.

13 weekly sessions · practical strategies for everyday parenting · supportive group environment · skills you can use straight away · no fee for attendance.

Refreshments will be provided at every session - just come along, no need to bring anything.
