What to expect.

There's no script to your visit. You'll be met by a senior member of staff or the nursery manager, who'll take you through the building — the different rooms, the kitchen, the spaces your child would spend their time in. We'll explain how the day is structured, how we work with parents, and how children settle in.

You'll have plenty of time to ask questions — no question is too small or too obvious. The parents who get the most from visits are the ones who come with a list.

If you're bringing your child, that's absolutely fine. Children often have a strong reaction to the setting — and it's always worth paying attention to it. There's no obligation, and no pressure.

Four simple steps — we'll do the rest, including arranging settling-in visits before your child starts.

Tell us you'd like to register

Let us know after your visit, or by phone or email. We'll send you our enrolment form.
Complete the enrolment form

It covers personal details, medical information, dietary needs and emergency contacts. Straightforward — but take care with the health and allergy sections.
Pay the deposit & registration fee

A deposit and a one-off registration fee secure your child's place. Both are confirmed at the enrolment stage.
Receive your Welcome Letter

Once received, we'll confirm your start date and everything you need to know before the first day.

Waiting list

If your preferred date isn't available.

Our nursery is often full — particularly for younger children and popular start dates. If we can't offer your date straight away, we'll add your child to our waiting list and contact you as soon as a place opens. We give consideration to siblings of children already with us.

Expecting a baby or planning your return to work? It's worth getting in touch early — even before your child is born.

Relocating

Joining from overseas, or on assignment?

We regularly welcome families relocating to London, joining on a company secondment, or based in the City for a fixed period. We understand registration can be more complicated from overseas, and we're experienced in supporting families through it.
