Arrange a visit
It is important for parents to visit a childcare setting before they make a decision in placing their child there. However, being in the City of London this is not always an option if you are coming to the UK to work on a Company Project for several months/years or if as some parents take up University places here in London.
Parents/Carers can call us directly at the nursery on 020 7236 1000 or via email to office@smithfieldnursery.co.uk to arrange a suitable date and time. We will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible to meet your working needs if these times are not suitable.
Before your visit, we would ask that you review our Prospectus and our Terms and Conditions. These contain information regarding Smithfield House Children’s Nursery. Alternatively, if you do not get the opportunity we will email them to you.
During your visit, you will meet the team and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
How to Join our Smithfield Family
If you decide we are the childcare provider for you, we will email an enrolment form and additional information to take the process forward.
If your little treasure has not arrived when you come along to view the nursery we always recommend another visit, as once your baby arrives you will think of questions that you never thought of during your first visit. Also, we ask that if you think of anything that you give us a call, email or better still come along and introduce your baby we never turn down cuddles and if you need one too – we can manage that as well!
We will also send you a ‘Welcome Letter’, which answers many questions about the transition of not only your little one but also answers questions for you as Parents to life as part of the Smithfield family.
Places are offered depending on availability. If we are unable to offer an immediate start date, Parents/Carers will be invited to join our waiting list.
Consideration will be given to siblings where possible.
